The key to grilling these large food items is to get the internal
temperature of the meat to the right temperature. For example, a pork loin is done to perfection when the internal temperature of the meat (in the thickest part) reaches 165 degrees. Whole turkeys and chickens are juicy and completely done when the meat reaches 180 degrees. Holland's digital Temp Probe is perfect for obtaining that ideal degree of doneness. You can also use its convenient clock and timer features to make your Holland grilling totally hassle-free. Set the timer then watch the temperature without opening the lid. When the meat you're cooking reaches the proper temperature, it will signal you so you know it's done. No more overcooked, dried-out meat to ruin your barbecue.
